If I registered for the old YoGo Alley 2 site, can I log-in with the same details?

Yes you can log-in with the same details as the old site.

How do I register?

You need to fill out the registration form on the YoGo Alley site. You will then be sent an email to your designated account that you will need to activate to enable your profile. You will not be able to log-in until you have activated this email.

Do I have to register to play games?

No, you can play some of the games without registering or logging in. However, you will not be able to create a profile Yo-vatar or earn YoGold if you haven’t registered and logged into the site.

How do I play the games?

You can either click on the game logos within the world or go to the ‘Play free games’ tab/page.

What is a Yo-vatar?

An Yo-vatar is a character that you can personalise to have on your profile page. For YoGo Alley, you can personalise your very own YoGorilla.

How can I create my Yo-vatar?

When you register or log-in, you can click on YoGorilla at the bottom of the ‘world’ or click on ‘edit Yo-vatar’ on your profile page.

What is YoGold?

YoGold is YoGo Alley’s currency that can be used to purchase or unlock certain items in the YoGo Alley 'world'. YoGold can not be converted into real currency or used outside the YoGo Alley website.

How can I earn YoGold?

YoGold can be accumulated in many different ways:

• Buying a specially marked YoGo 12pk product and taking the pack code and entering it into the site (see more about pack codes below)
• Interacting with the ‘world’ and animations that appear throughout the world and games
• Signing up friends or siblings
• ‘Liking’ YoGo Alley games on Facebook (activate on game pages)
• Putting litter from the YoGo Alley world in the site’s special bin

What does it buy me?

YoGold can be used to unlock Yo-vatar items (accessories) or games.

How do I unlock an Yo-vatar accessory or a game when I have enough YoGold?

You need to click on the ‘unlock’ or ‘buy now’ button next to the game or Yo-vatar accessory. YoGo Alley will double-check that you are happy to purchase the item for the designated YoGold amount, if you click ‘yes’, you will then unlock or purchase the item and it will always be available to you from that point onwards.

What is a pack code and where can I get one from?

To get some additional YoGold currency, you can enter a pack code from specially marked 12-packs of YoGo into the appropriate box on your profile page. The codes are printed inside the pack and each code is unique so you cannot enter it twice.

What if my pack code does not work?

If your code does not work make sure that

• you haven't already entered it
• someone else has not used it
• you have entered it correctly

If it still does not work please call the YoGo Customer Service centre on 1800 677 852.

What are experience points?

Experience points are overall points a user accumulates from playing games and interacting with the world. These points are generated into YoGold at certain level

What about my Privacy?

The information you enter into YoGo Alley will not be used for any other purpose than to log you back in as a user and also receive emails about featured games and prizes. If you like, you can ask to stop receiving these emails. To do this, simply click on ‘unsubscribe’ at the bottom of the email that you are sent.
